Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 August 2026
At Signatur-e.com, we take privacy seriously. Our core principle is simple: PDF files, images, signatures and QR content are processed locally in your browser. We do not receive, upload or store these files or content on our server.
1. Who is responsible?
3D Booster is responsible for the processing of personal data via Signatur-e.com.
- Organisation: 3D Booster
- Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number: 94018014
- Website: www.handtekeningpdf.nl
- Email: info@3dbooster.nl
2. Local processing of documents
The PDF signing, text recognition (OCR) and QR code creation functions work in the browser on your own device. Your documents, images, signatures, recognised text, links and entered QR text are not sent to 3D Booster.
The data remains temporarily in your browser’s memory for as long as you use the tool. Once you close or refresh the page, 3D Booster no longer has access to it. Any files you download naturally remain on your own device.
3. What personal data do we process?
Technical server data
When you visit the website, our web server may log technical data such as your IP address, the date and time of your visit, the page requested, browser type, operating system and any error messages. This data is needed to keep the website available, secure and technically reliable.
Contact by email
If you email us, we process your email address, any name provided, and the content and attachments of your message in order to answer your question and handle the correspondence.
No visitor accounts or public comments
Signatur-e.com does not offer visitors account registration, a public comment form or a contact form. We do not use personal data for newsletters or targeted advertising.
4. Purposes and legal grounds
- Providing, securing and improving the website and resolving faults. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure and well-functioning website.
- Answering and handling emails. Legal basis: performance of your request and, where applicable, our legitimate interest.
- Complying with a legal obligation or handling a legal dispute, where necessary.
5. Cookies and analytics
On the public pages we do not place analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or similar visitor profiling. WordPress may only use necessary cookies on the restricted administration and login pages for authorised administrators. These are not intended for regular visitors.
6. External services and recipients
To deliver the website, the following parties may process technical personal data:
- Our hosting provider, for hosting, security, backups and technical server logs.
- jsDelivr, for loading components and language data that enable the OCR function and support for HEIC images.
- cdnjs, a Cloudflare service, for loading the program library used to create QR codes locally.
When loading these external files, these parties typically receive technical connection data, such as your IP address, browser data, timestamp and the file requested. Your PDF, image, signature, recognised text or QR content is not sent to these parties.
These services may use technical infrastructure worldwide. If personal data is processed outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards must be applied, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising or profiling purposes. We only provide data when necessary for our services, security, a legal obligation or a legal claim.
7. Retention periods
- Documents and entered content: not stored by 3D Booster.
- Technical server logs: only for as long as necessary for security, availability and investigation of faults, in accordance with the log rotation and retention periods of our hosting environment. In the event of a security incident, relevant data may be retained longer where necessary.
- Email correspondence: in principle for a maximum of two years after the matter is resolved, unless a legal obligation or legal dispute requires a longer retention period.
8. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. The website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. The document functions are designed so that content stays on your own device. However, no security measure offers an absolute guarantee.
9. Your privacy rights
You may request access to, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your personal data from us. You may also object to processing based on a legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
Send your request to info@3dbooster.nl. To prevent misuse, we may ask for information to reasonably verify your identity. We generally respond within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), or with the supervisory authority in your own EU member state.
10. Automated decision-making
We do not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you.
11. Changes
We may amend this privacy policy when the website, our practices or legislation change. The most recent version is always available on this page. The date of the last change is shown at the top.
12. Contact
Do you have questions about this privacy policy or about the processing of personal data? Please contact 3D Booster via info@3dbooster.nl.
